Return Policy

Our returns policy is in line with The NYC Department of Consumer and Worker Protection (DCWP)—formerly the Department of Consumer Affairs (DCA) and Federal Bureau of Consumer Protection. If goods are visibly damaged on receipt, it is very important to sign for the goods as damaged on arrival with the courier, and then contact us immediately at +1 718 576 2525 or email [email protected]. If items were damaged in transit, we request that you report them to us within two working days of delivery.

Cancellation Policy:

If a consumer or business customer wishes to cancel an order placed with us, there will be no charge for doing so if you email us, quoting the order reference number or your PO number before the item is dispatched.

If the item has already been dispatched, then the best advice is not to open the shipment when it arrives to you. Customers may then arrange for the shipment to be returned to us within 14 days of the good’s arrival. Please ensure that your item is adequately re-packaged using the original outer packaging, otherwise, a re-stocking fee of up to 25% may be applied.

The goods must be unused and received by us in a resalable condition including all accessories, packaging, manuals, CDs, etc. within fourteen days of the goods being signed for by the customer. You will be required to organize and pay for the return delivery and you should arrange insurance against loss or damage to the goods while in transit otherwise lost goods liability would be at your end.

Non-Faulty Returns Conditions

In the event that we, at our absolute discretion, agree to accept the return for credit of unwanted products, the Goods must be returned with our prior written agreement within fourteen days of delivery. The Goods must be unopened, with the manufacturer’s seals intact and in a perfect resalable condition. All non-faulty returns are liable to a 25% restocking fee unless incorrectly supplied by Acceller Technologies incorrectly supplied items must be returned in their original condition, or a re-stocking fee of 25% will be charged. Original condition: accessories, manuals, software, and warranties must be enclosed in their original packaging and should be undamaged. Securely repackage the item/items in the same way that they were sent to you.

Faulty Returns Conditions:

If your goods are delivered faulty or develop a fault in the first 7 days after delivery please contact us to request an RMA number giving us a description of the fault, together with the manufacturer case reference number (if you have one).

If the goods are tested faulty:

  • We will send you a replacement unit or provide a full refund

If the goods are tested not faulty:

  • You are responsible for any delivery or collection charges incurred

Delivery Charges:

The Customer is responsible for paying shipment charges when returning to us; We will pay for the shipment of the repaired items back to the customer.

The following reasons can invalidate the replacement of the hardware:

  1. The item is not faulty against the information given on the RMA Form.
  2. The item has been tampered with or is physically damaged.
  3. The wrong software/ License is being used.

Acceller Technologies reserves the right to charge a 25% restocking fee if:

a)      There is any damage to the original packaging.

b)      There are missing components or accessories.

c)       If the item is not faulty when tested against the information given as per the RMA Form.

The following conditions apply to all returns:

  1. All returned products remain the customer’s responsibility during transit until signed for by ourselves or an appointed agent.
  2. Goods must be returned as they were received (including all packaging, cables, manuals, promotional gifts/items, CDs, etc. for that product).
  3. Physically damaged products (Cracked components, dents, scratches, defacement, wear, and tear or willful damage) will not be accepted.
  4. All returned goods must be authorized with an RMA number. Goods may be rejected without a valid Acceller Technologies Online RMA number clearly marked on the packaging.
  5. All goods must be received within 14 working days of the return number being issued.
  6. Except in the case of inherently faulty goods (i.e. faults present at the time of sale); or goods faulty within the first 7 days; return shipping is to be paid by the customer. Customers who wish to return items through premium, timed or courier services, do so at their own discretion and we are unable to refund these costs over and above our standard shipping rates.
  7. To be classed as Dead on arrival (DOA), we must be notified that the product is faulty within the first 48 hours after delivery.
