This Returns & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which products and services purchased through our platform may qualify for return, replacement, or refund consideration.

By placing an order with Acceller Technologies, customers acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy, including applicable manufacturer requirements, authorization procedures, and eligibility limitations.

Return Eligibility

Eligible products may be returned within fourteen (14) calendar days from the confirmed delivery date unless otherwise specified in writing. Returned products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Products must include all original accessories, manuals, and packaging materials.
  • Items showing signs of misuse, modification, or physical damage may not qualify for return.
  • Returns without prior authorization may be refused.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products and services are non-returnable due to manufacturer restrictions, licensing conditions, or custom procurement requirements.

  • Special-order or custom-configured products
  • Software licenses and digital subscriptions
  • Opened consumables or clearance items
  • Products marked as non-returnable at the time of sale
  • Professional services, labor, or installation fees already rendered

Return Authorization (RMA)

Customers requesting a return must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from Acceller Technologies. Unauthorized returns may experience delays or rejection by fulfillment or manufacturer partners.

To request an RMA, customers may contact our support team with the order number, product details, and reason for return.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are generally processed within five (5) to ten (10) business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
  • Shipping charges are typically non-refundable unless the return is caused by fulfillment error or verified product defect.
  • Restocking fees may apply depending on manufacturer or distributor policies.

Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

Customers must notify Acceller Technologies promptly if products arrive damaged, incomplete, or incorrect. Visible shipping damage should be documented upon delivery whenever possible.

Claims related to shipping damage or missing items should be submitted within five (5) business days of delivery confirmation.

Manufacturer Warranty

Many products sold by Acceller Technologies are covered directly by the original manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty terms, durations, and coverage limitations are determined by the respective manufacturer.

Acceller Technologies may assist customers with warranty coordination where applicable but does not independently extend manufacturer warranty coverage unless explicitly stated in writing.
